Of course we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. - PostNL package on working days before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. *No delivery on Sunday

- Mailbox mail ordered on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
*No delivery on Sunday and Monday

As soon as your package leaves us, you will receive an email about this. Have you also opted for a package with a track & trace code? Then you can track your package until receipt.

*NB! during promotions & sales, shipping may take longer.

Postage costs

When you place an order above 75.00 you pay no shipping costs on the cheapest possible shipping method. Do you place an order of less than 75.00? Then you can choose from different shipping options. We offer the following options:

- Mailbox package Track&Trace 3.95 - PostNL package 5.95
- Pick up in store is free

Orders outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany
The shipping costs for a destination outside the Netherlands may differ and differ per location. Contact us for information.

Shipping options

PostNL letterbox package Plus
With the 'letterbox package plus' option, your package will be sent in the same way as a normal letterbox package, but you will now receive a track & trace code. This allows you to track your mailbox package until the moment of delivery.

PostNL package
When you choose the shipping method 'PostNL package' in the checkout, your package will be delivered by a PostNL delivery person. With this shipping method you will also receive a track & trace code, with which you can track your package from the moment of shipment to delivery. You will receive this track & trace code from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

PostNL Pick up point
Aren't you home much? Then have your package delivered to a PostNL location nearby. You can decide for yourself which location in your area you prefer by clicking in

the checkout by clicking on 'pick up' under 'shipping methods'. Then click on the location of your choice and you can immediately see when your package is expected.

Pick up from the store
You prefer to pick up your order in the store, of course you can. Of course this option is free. If this is your preference, choose pick up in the store under 'shipping methods' in the checkout.

Returns are only possible within the set return period of 14 days. Sale items cannot be returned.

Return shipments are for your own account or return your package to the store.

Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the case of a return.

If you return your package to the store, your payment will be processed online and the refund will be made in the same way you paid.

We only accept returns if they are returned or brought back in their original condition including labels. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.

Non-identifiable returns are stored for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration and correspondence will no longer be possible.

Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with a track & trace code is a requirement to be eligible for a refund.

Is your order incorrect? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact shop@donnacolori.nl and clearly state your name, order number and the items involved.
